  • Shipping and Returns Policy

    We ship by USPS (United States Postal Service). We are currently shipping in the United States only at this time.

    If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office for assistance.

    We package up your item(s) as soon as your order has been processed. We send shipments out with in one business day. The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on the USPS schedule and conditions, I am sorry this is often out of our control once we hand it off.

    Returns

    Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not happy with your order, you can contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item.

    Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, our return policy is simple: If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 72 hours of receipt to let us know what we can do to make it right. Then return the item within 1 week and we will refund the purchase price of the item once we receive it back.

    Undamaged Items

    We want you to be satisfied and understand that sometimes what you see on a website doesn’t always match how the crystal appears once you have it. We try very hard to photograph our crystals from all angles and describe them accurately in listings but recognize that we can’t always meet everyone’s expectations. We don’t stock any crystals we wouldn’t want to own, so if it isn’t right – send it back. We do require that you notify us within 3 days of receiving the crystal and that you have it back to us within 1 week. All sales are final 7 days after receipt.

    If you are returning an item, once we receive the crystal in the same condition in which it was sent, we will issue a refund to the original source of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot reasonably refund the cost of postage. So, the refund amount will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only.

    Please wrap each item being returned securely in tissue or toilet paper, then wrap that in bubble wrap. Tape the bubble wrap closed. Pack the tissue and bubble-wrapped item in a sturdy box with at least one inch of additional packing material all around. Include all labels and any other materials provided with the crystal in the box.

    If the crystal is delicate or easily broken, it must be double boxed. Make sure the inner box is packed as noted above, then pack that box in another with at least 1/2 inch of bubble wrap or Styrofoam padding all around. Be sure to include your name, address, and a copy of your invoice to assure a prompt refund.

    Shipping charges for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.

    Damaged Items

    We sincerely apologize if there are any damaged items in your shipment. We pack very carefully and take all possible precautions. However, on very rare occasions, damage does occur due to mishaps in transit. Please check all shipments and keep all packing material and wrapping should an item be damaged.

    Contact us immediately for complete instructions on processing the collection of any insurance and the refund of your purchase price. Please understand that if you do not assist us in filing an insurance claim, we will be unable to successfully recover the value of the item from the Post Office and will be unable to refund your purchase price.
