  • Shipping & Returns Policy

    Shipping (United States Only)

    We currently ship exclusively within the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service).

    • Orders are processed and shipped within two two business day after purchase.

    • Delivery times vary based on USPS schedules and conditions, which are unfortunately beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

    • If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not arrived, please contact your local post office for assistance.

    Returns & Refunds

    Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

    • Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item to discuss your return.

    • Once approved, return the item within 7 days for a refund of the purchase price.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    Returning Undamaged Items

    We understand that crystals may appear differently in person than they do in photos. While we strive to provide accurate images and descriptions, we want you to love your purchase!

    • Notify us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return an item.

    • Ensure the item is shipped back within 1 week.

    • All sales become final 7 days after delivery.

    Packaging Instructions for Returns:
    To ensure your crystal arrives safely, please follow these steps when packaging your return:

    1. Wrap the item securely in tissue paper or soft padding.

    2. Wrap it again in bubble wrap and tape it closed.

    3. Place the wrapped item in a sturdy box, adding at least one inch of additional packing material around it.

    4. Include all labels and materials originally provided with the crystal.

    5. If the crystal is fragile, double-box the item with additional padding.

    Be sure to include your name, return address, and a copy of your invoice inside the package to ensure prompt processing.

    Damaged Items

    We take great care in packaging, but in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged:

    • Check all contents immediately and retain the packaging materials.

    • Contact us right away for instructions on filing an insurance claim.

    • Please note that we cannot issue refunds for damaged items unless the insurance claim process is followed.
